I’m Isabel and I support people in restoring their natural health, balance and vitality through energy work one can receive from anywhere.

Just like in person, but from afar

A remote energy work session unfolds similarly as an in-person session, except that the person receiving the treatment is not in the same room. Please note that we do not connect over phone or video call during that time. I work on the energy flow in your system remotely, while you relax in your own space.

The life force energy that inhabits all living beings, which we work with, is not physically or temporally bound. It can be directed through time and space because of its very nature. In a remote session, I direct the energy by focused intent. The effects are known to be just as effective as in person, with the bonus that you can receive it from the comfort of your own home.

Remote energy work may help you with the following:

  • Tense jaw, neck and/or shoulders

The process

  1. Book your next session here

  2. We discuss what the session will focus on

  3. I give you a few tips for how to prepare

  4. At the appointed time, you are invited to sit or lie down in a quiet and comfortable place, so as not to be disturbed, for the duration of the session (40 minutes).

  5. After the session is finished, I send you a short e-mail to confirm the session is complete.

The experience is usually calming and restorative, in addition to other possible physical and emotional benefits mentioned above.

Energy work is cumulative.

Just like with sport and other modalities, the benefits build onto each other from one session to the next. If it is the very first time you are receiving energy work, or if you have received your previous treatment a long while ago, it is recommended to start with 4-6 sessions not too far apart from each other, so as to let the benefits accumulate.

Important notice

Energy work is a non-invasive complementary practice that does not replace medical advice or treatment.

It is an excellent practice to incorporate as a complement to other treatments and therapies and it provides great support for the integration of any other modality you might be doing. It is also great to regularly receive sessions as a prevention: this support the body in its daily natural flow and to help dissolve stagnation before it gets a chance to start accumulating.
